MagicLamp Software Solutions is currently seeking an Intermediate C# .NET Developer with functional and technical programming skills, demonstrated knowledge and is willing to learn and be guided by one of the best architects and developers in the province. This is a 3 month contract position with an opportunity for permanent placement. The position is to be based out of the Halifax, Nova Scotia office.

Job Requirements

Position Description:

 

 We’re looking for someone to help develop an in-house application using IBM Filenet API and .Net front end.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development of back and front-end
• Develop test cases
• Report/Work on defects
• Re-iterate on requirements

 

Required Level of Education:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in IT with equivalent IT experience

 

Must have technical skills:

• ASP.NET
• C#
• Visual Studio
• Enterprise Java

 

Other Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn quickly
